The sales representative is expected to execute approved sales programs to achieve or exceed budget of GC products. Maintain current and develop new customers while increasing sales in assigned territory. Maintain frequent contact with assigned accounts, Regional Sales Manager, and dealer partners to secure promotional support to meet/exceed sales targets.

You are responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Complete daily sales calls, one-on-one meetings with dental staffs, accurate reporting, and working with channel partners to meet sales targets
  • Develop and execute a territory activity plan to drive products as designated within existing and new accounts
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) on a daily basis to track call and sales activities
  • Identify territory sales gaps and develop strategies to grow opportunities
  • Complete all administrative duties as requested
  • Manage sales expenses responsibly and submit reports weekly
  • Complete all tasks and administrative duties as requested

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Applicant must live in the twin cities area.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment
  • Eligibility to drive a company car is an essential function of the position offered
  • Dental materials or medical device sales preferred
  • Organizational Skills – Effective planning and prioritization
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Exceptional organizational, written (including e-mail), and in person presentation skills
  • Critical thinking with the ability to adapt to customer needs while driving sales in strategic product lines

TRAVEL/SPECIAL REMARKS:

· Overnight Travel: Approximately 25%

· Geographic Territory: New England

· Candidate should reside in the territory
